Wanda has been working within the strategy field for over 20 years. Driving strategy, new operating models, innovation as well and thought leadership within the organisation’s that she’s worked and consulted for. Having been instrumental in leading new business ventures for Telkom in the content value chain, developing strategy, implementing new innovative product propositions and generating new revenue streams therefrom. She’s also turned around their esport business unit, VS Gaming, to ensure wider appeal, long term sustainability as future business area and driver of broadband services. Her new and exciting challenge is the establishment of the “incubation hub” wherein she’s instrumental in driving Telkom’s Digital Lifestyle strategy be delivering IOT and smart home solutions, content, with most recently the launch of TelkomONE platform; gaming and e-education value added services and lifestyle communities solutions all supported by Telkom’s rich broadband propositions.
