Melanie Starling is a Product Lead at Sky TV New Zealand, where she leads product strategy and delivery for Neon. She has over 10 years experience in video streaming and content delivery, previously working in product roles for both TVNZ OnDemand and Lightbox where she delivered customer-focused digital solutions including live streaming major sporting events, content discovery & personalisation and commercial VOD solutions. In 2020 she led the technical platform merge of Lightbox and Neon services and, working with the wider team, has seen Neon emerge as a top-tier challenger brand in a crowded market.
