Maja has around 15 years of experience in media tech and public service broadcasting, working with digital transformation and product development. Maja has a background in strategic communication and organizational development and a heart that beats for the coherency creating powers of public service media, and for designing engaging experiences across touchpoints and org. charts. Maja has held various lead roles from creative director, Head of inhouse digital agency, to Product Manager, Customer Experience Manager, Director of UX & Design. Currently Maja is VP of Experience Design at TV2 Denmark, where the teams design engaging experiences for six products covering news, sports, weather, entertainment and the streaming product TV 2 PLAY currently counting 900.000+ subscribers.
