Jan Wykrytowicz | TV3 Play Baltics - CEO

Jan Wykrytowicz is Chief Executive Officer of TV3 Play Baltics and Member of Executive Committee of TV3 Group since May 2019. He has more than 15 years of experience in Marketing, Strategy and Business Development, both in traditional and digital media. Prior to joining TV3 Group, Jan Wykrytowicz held managerial positions for the largest media companies in Poland – CANAL+, nc+ and TVN (Scripps Network Interactive). As Marketing and Strategy Director, he was part of Management team involved in the largest Pay TV merger in Poland, launching successfully leading Pay TV brand – nc+. At the time of TVN, as Digital Marketing Director, Jan was responsible for transformation of TVN’s OTT service (player.pl) into the leading AVOD/ SVOD service in Poland. Also, the Initiator and Managing Director of TVN Ventures, the investment arm of TVN, and one of the first members of the European Media Alliance, launched in cooperation with MTG, ProSieben and other largest European broadcasters, targeted at joint, pan-European media cooperation. Jan Wykrytowicz graduated from Management Faculty at Warsaw University, where he is still a guest lecturer for Marketing Strategy. Also, he is Speaker at Media/ Marketing industry conferences.
