Arjan van der Vegt | Liberty Global - Senior Manager Connectivity CPE

Arjan van der Vegt has worked for Liberty Global since 2018, when he came onboard as a member of the Connectivity Team. His focus has been CPE technology, and in particular Wi-Fi. Based on the successes he achieved applying this expertise to improving CPE performance, Arjan was asked to lead Liberty Global’s XGS-PON CPE development effort. With the goal of delivering our customers 10 gigabit speeds over fibre – also called 10G – the XGS-PON CPE is part of the next generation of Liberty Global’s innovative and unrivalled connectivity products. Prior to Liberty Global, Arjan worked for over 10 years in the telecommunications sector as consultant for Accenture. Arjan holds a Master’s Degree in Physics from Utrecht University in the Netherlands where his interest in wireless and optical data communication was sparked.
