Dr Naser has BSc of Computer Engineering from George Washington University, MBA from Georgetown University and a PhD in Telecommunication.
Samer is the Head of Digital at LBCI, he is responsible for leading the editorial and commercial digital business for the channel.
Prior to joining LBCI Samer had taken on various roles both on the agency and client side. The most recent positions were Group Client Servicing Director at Ethos Interactive out of Riyadh and Head of Marketing and PR at Turner Broadcasting (Warner Media) out of Dubai. Throughout his career, Samer lead various teams and worked on multiple industries successfully launching a wide array of diverse brands across the region.

In 2011, Ali won first place in the International Center for Journalists (ICFJ)’s “Digital Tools for Public Services Reporting” competition for his project “Zinzana”; an online multimedia platform housing information of torture and human rights in Lebanese prisons.
