Vincent Grivet is the Chairman of the HbbTV Association since 2018, where he represents Salto, the new French OTT platform established by France Televisions, M6 and TF1 the leading French Broadcasters.In addition to serving the HbbTV Chairmanship mandate, Mr Grivet is currently conducting various consulting assignments for several players of the European TV and digital ecosystem, notably in conjunction with the introduction of targeted advertising in linear Broadcast TV, a concept he initiated at DVB and TDF in 2015. Prior to this, he held various international business development, marketing and management positions at Orange Group and at TDF Group.Vincent Grivet, a French national, is a graduate from Paris’s Ecole Polytechnique and an IFA certified company director.

As Senior Vice President Strategy & Business Development, Jollet is responsible for defining and developing the streaming strategy and business development priorities across VCNI and securing strategic partnerships to drive growth and revenue.Jollet co-founded Quazer, a unique digital TV-like service, funded by ProsiebenSat1, where he served as Managing Director until Quazer’s acquisition by Pluto TV in October 2016.Before joining Pluto TV, Jollet served as Chief Product & Marketing Officer and Co-Founder at Watchever, a pioneering subscription-based VOD service in Germany, where he supervised operations across marketing, user growth, product management & innovation, and market & business intelligence. Under Jollet’s leadership, Watchever was the most successful brand launch of the past 10 years in Germany and a multi-award winning product.
Grégory Samak – Molotov’s Managing Director , A graduate of ESCP and Sciences-Po, Grégory Samak is one of the pillars of the creation of BFMTV as Managing Director and has over 22 years of experience in Television. Within the AB Group, he became successively Director of the President’s office, Director of Institutional Relations and Director of the DTT project. Appointed General Manager of the new channel NT1 (now TFX), he participated in the acquisition of TMC by the AB group in collaboration with the TF1 group.
Emmanuelle has over 15 years of experience in media, advertising and digital. She spent 10 years at leading research companies (Ipsos, Kantar, Comscore) developing audience measurement and advertising effectiveness activities. Then she led the business planning activity of Mindshare media agency before launching the insights and measure department of RelevanC, the data company of Casino group. Passionate about media and data, Emmanuelle joined Canal+ Brand Solutions, the advertising sales house of the pay TV operator Canal+ Group, one year ago to develop the addressable TV advertising and data-driven solutions around data-planning and TV effectiveness optimization.
Jef Vandecruys is MD EMEA at MEDIAGENIX. MEDIAGENIX provides solutions on the content supply chain for content providers. Before that Jef was COO at Zappware, a company providing applications and back-end solutions for Telco’s digital TV.
Jef is an experienced media executive passionate in bringing content to the consumers. With the mix of linear/VoD/OTT/platforms/etc. and the technology evolution challenges are always crossing his path. Prior to that, Jef has held senior leadership and management roles at Proximus and AB-Inbev.
Laurent has extensive experience in delivering value through infrastructures and services for content providers, both in the cloud computing and CDN area. He has worked on the strategy and marketing aspects of cloud, as well as on the operations side, managing production teams for international customers. Over the last few years, Laurent has been driving Orange International Carriers’ product strategy for Content Delivery Networks, with a strong emphasis on Africa and the Middle East, where connectivity and OTT adoption face very specific challenges. He is committed to developing the value of OTT through more fruitful collaboration with the whole ecosystem
Sébastien Darde leads Edge Services at AWS France since June 2019. Holder of a MSc in telecommunication Engineering and has been working in the ICT area for more than 20 years, leading technical and sales teams within different major Telcos. Since 2015, he belongs to CDN industry, with a special focus on media vertical.
Vincent Taradel is the CMO of Digital Virgo. He’s leading DV Content, a business line dedicated to content creators, publishers of OTT services and Telecom Operators, for whom Digital Virgo implements and operates monetization and distribution solutions. Vincent Taradel manages teams covering a wide range of skills such as partnership business development, product development and animation, Martech and User Acquisition, on an international scale (+40 markets).
David Mouen is Sr. Solution Manager, member of the Video Customer Solutions team at Harmonic. After 10 years with Thales as a senior design engineer in the Military Telecom division, David joined Technicolor/Thomson Video Networks in 1999 to carry out product management activities in the Headend BU (digital TV solutions, real-time compression and delivery to all screens).
