Philippe Chanclou received the Ph. D. and Habilitation degrees from Rennes University, France in 1999 and 2007 respectively.

He joined the R&D facilities of France Telecom in 1996 where he worked on the research of active and passive optical telecommunications functions for access networks. In 2000, he joined the University of ENST-Bretagne (now IMT Atlantique) as a senior lecturer where he was engaged in research on optical switching and optical devices using liquid crystal for telecommunications. During 2001 to 2003, he has participated to the foundation of Optogone Company.

I have an extended experience in consumer electronics. I spent 11 years working in at GfK, analyzing retail data for the biggest consumer electronic brands (among others). I then moved on working for a Consumer Electronics manufacturer, TCL Europe, in charge of marketing for France. I participated in developing the brand’s market share thanks to the setup of an ambitious local marketing plan including TV ads spending, sports sponsorship, e-retail, promotions, etc. Last year I joined Samsung and took the responsibility of marketing and partnership for Smart TV in France.

Marie est une journaliste indépendante au tempérament entrepreneurial et engagé. Son travail de recherche et d’écriture se place à l’origine des sujets qu’elle traite et se renouvelle en fonction des problématiques identifiées pour trouver des angles pertinents d’analyse. Depuis quatre ans, elle porte un intérêt tout particulier au continent d’Afrique subsaharienne et s’intéresse notamment aux enjeux liés au développement des infrastructures télécoms, broadcast et énergétiques. L’orientation de son contenu est en adéquation avec les lignes éditoriales du Monde Diplomatique, du magazine ligue d’Attac ainsi que de la revue spécialisée dans les énergies renouvelables pv magazine, trois titres avec lesquels elle collabore pour des reportages, de la coordination, des décryptages et de la modération de conférences. Du fait de son expérience d’analyste de marché TMT, elle a su diversifier son activité vers le conseil pour définir des stratégies éditoriales à succès. Basée entre Berlin, Strasbourg et Lisbonne, elle voyage en Afrique, en Europe et en Indonésie pour ses collaborations.

Vincent Grivet is the Chairman of the HbbTV Association since 2018, where he represents Salto, the new French OTT platform established by France Televisions, M6 and TF1 the leading French Broadcasters.In addition to serving the HbbTV Chairmanship mandate, Mr Grivet is currently conducting various consulting assignments for several players of the European TV and digital ecosystem, notably in conjunction with the introduction of targeted advertising in linear Broadcast TV, a concept he initiated at DVB and TDF in 2015. Prior to this, he held various international business development, marketing and management positions at Orange Group and at TDF Group.Vincent Grivet, a French national, is a graduate from Paris’s Ecole Polytechnique and an IFA certified company director.

As Senior Vice President Strategy & Business Development, Jollet is responsible for defining and developing the streaming strategy and business development priorities across VCNI and securing strategic partnerships to drive growth and revenue.Jollet co-founded Quazer, a unique digital TV-like service, funded by ProsiebenSat1, where he served as Managing Director until Quazer’s acquisition by Pluto TV in October 2016.Before joining Pluto TV, Jollet served as Chief Product & Marketing Officer and Co-Founder at Watchever, a pioneering subscription-based VOD service in Germany, where he supervised operations across marketing, user growth, product management & innovation, and market & business intelligence. Under Jollet’s leadership, Watchever was the most successful brand launch of the past 10 years in Germany and a multi-award winning product.

Grégory Samak – Molotov’s Managing Director , A graduate of ESCP and Sciences-Po, Grégory Samak is one of the pillars of the creation of BFMTV as Managing Director and has over 22 years of experience in Television. Within the AB Group, he became successively Director of the President’s office, Director of Institutional Relations and Director of the DTT project. Appointed General Manager of the new channel NT1 (now TFX), he participated in the acquisition of TMC by the AB group in collaboration with the TF1 group.

Then she led the business planning activity of Mindshare media agency before launching the insights and measure department of RelevanC, the data company of Casino group. Passionate about media and data, Emmanuelle joined Canal+ Brand Solutions, the advertising sales house of the pay TV operator Canal+ Group, one year ago to develop the addressable TV advertising and data-driven solutions around data-planning and TV effectiveness optimization.
